Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer 3, Technical Product Sales Support-Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolution for field service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support product modifications and deliver custom engineering solutions
• Conduct needs analyses to develop strategic, cost-effective technical solutions for customers

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales engineering, network engineering, or a related field
• Proficient understanding of data networking technologies (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet)
• Strong knowledge of voice solutions, including VoIP and SIP trunking
• Experience supporting enterprise-level customers in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
