Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales, State & Local Law Enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a sales team to drive adoption of solutions within state and local law enforcement agencies
- Own and exceed revenue goals through new business development and account expansion
- Develop go-to-market strategies and maintain relationships with agency decision-makers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or technology for state and local government
- Demonstrated success selling to public safety organizations is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of the state and local buying process, including procurement cycles and funding structures
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
