Warehouse Application Business Analyst Position – Remote

Role: Warehouse Application Business Analyst

Location: REMOTE

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience with warehouse applications.

Strong supply chain experience with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics.

Proven experience in full lifecycle WMS implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.

Experience with system implementations, process mapping, and documentation.

Familiar with integration frameworks (APIs, MIF, SQL), and data analytics tools.

Ability to analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Deep understanding of the right questions to ask when troubleshooting warehouse solutions.

Strong ability to write clear and concise technical and business documents.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good work ethic.

Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Education – Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent working experience.

Nice-to-haves – Proficiency in data visualization tools , Warehouse application experience (Manhattan Active)
