Warranty Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Systems Specialist to contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of warranty systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and ensure functionality of warranty systems and tools
• Manage the robotic workforce related to warranty processes and generate reporting on results
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on warranty processes

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2+ years in warranty claims processing required
• 2+ years in project management required
• Competency in computer systems and applications, including MS Office
• Knowledge of AS400, SQL, and Robotics Process Automation tools preferred
