A company is looking for a Remote SEO/GEO Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and clear goals
• Assess current SEO strategy and develop a roadmap to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional SEO experience, including leadership/management of SEO teams
• Proven track record of delivering SEO growth in competitive industries
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, crawling, indexing, schema, site speed optimization)
• Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and digital PR
• Bachelor's degree or higher
