Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to drive renewal sales and revenue growth in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the renewal sales cycle and meet/exceed established targets
- Maximize renewal revenue and logo retention while accurately forecasting revenue and customer churn
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success role, preferably in renewals
- Experience with education-based or SAAS solution offerings
- Documented track record of meeting/exceeding renewal sales objectives
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- High degree of personal and professional integrity with a growth mindset
