Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to drive renewal sales and revenue growth in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the renewal sales cycle and meet/exceed established targets
  • Maximize renewal revenue and logo retention while accurately forecasting revenue and customer churn
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success role, preferably in renewals
  • Experience with education-based or SAAS solution offerings
  • Documented track record of meeting/exceeding renewal sales objectives
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity with a growth mindset
