Senior Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Payments Sr. Inside Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Utilize industry data to identify growth opportunities and assist clients in becoming self-sufficient
• Promote technology enhancements and cross-sell services to enhance client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of education and experience in a related field
• Previous account management experience preferred
• Experience in Commercial Card or Merchant services
• Strong emphasis on client satisfaction and retention
• Ability to leverage data analytics for client growth opportunities
