A company is looking for a Revenue Operations and Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support leadership
- Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance sales team performance and drive pipeline management
- Own commission calculations, optimize workflows across departments, and track KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Bachelor's degree required; financial and/or consulting background is a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce and forecasting tools, with knowledge of SQL and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build complex models
- Experience in high-growth startups and effective collaboration across revenue functions
