Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Sales Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow of the mid market internal sales team, ensuring RFQs are handled according to service standards
- Supervise staff through quality monitoring, auditing customer files, and providing feedback for development and performance improvement
- Review tracking reports to assess staffing needs, support process improvement, and handle escalated employer group and broker issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience or 2+ years of senior/lead experience can substitute for direct supervisory experience
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Operations, Sales Account Management, or a related field
- Proficient in sales applications such as FARE, SALSA, ABS, and SWP
- Ability to initiate training programs and develop materials and tools as needed
