Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Chief of Staff to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and execute strategic initiatives for the global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, including KPIs and OKRs
  • Design and manage the operational cadence for the sales organization, including meetings and performance reviews
  • Act as a proxy for the CRO in select meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • High proficiency with CRM software and business intelligence tools
