Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Account Manager to generate new sales opportunities and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to build rapport and initiate meaningful conversations
- Schedule meetings and route qualified leads to Business Development partners for further engagement and closing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in inside sales or sales development, including lead generation and qualification
- Industry experience preferred in CRO or pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical research
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce
- Proven ability to develop new business and drive early-stage sales engagement
