Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Market Mortgage Branch Manager NMLS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals and ensure operational excellence
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of mortgage staff while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and actively participate in mortgage industry associations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• Preferred supervisory experience of at least two years
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, sales strategies, and current market trends
