Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close midmarket deals in the $30K-$100K+ range
- Build systematic outbound prospecting processes and track sales performance KPIs
- Lead and manage the sales team while creating repeatable sales processes and playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of outbound quota-carrying sales experience at a SaaS B2B company
- 2-4 years of sales management or leadership experience
- Experience with PLG/Sales hybrid models and freemium conversions
- Track record of managing individual quotas and team development
- Experience selling to mid-market and technical buyers
