Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Oversee an AI roleplay platform for sales practice and objection handling
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure effective communication and training on new features
Required Qualifications
- Five years of sales enablement experience, preferably with program development
- Experience with RFP responses in a B2B setting
- Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Experience managing sales enablement or content management platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
