Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Inside Sales and Commercial Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor team performance through KPIs
• Design and deliver product training and maintain internal product resources

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in adult learning theory and training
• 5+ years of experience with relevant product portfolio
• Proficiency in Sales and Enablement Tech Stacks such as Salesforce.com
