Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Leader to build and lead its Sales Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team while fostering collaboration across departments
  • Partner with Sales to qualify leads and create scalable pre-sales processes for customer engagements
  • Provide structured feedback for product roadmap and create technical materials to position the company as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience leading a Sales Engineering team with a player/coach mentality
  • Strong understanding of metadata, data pipelines, and enterprise architecture
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to close complex deals
  • Prior experience supporting or co-selling through SI and agency partners
