Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into new business logos and maintain them for growth
- Leverage industry knowledge and cross-functional resources to deliver value
- Utilize Salesforce and Gong for accurate revenue forecasting and maintain account documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Evidence of being a top performer in driving revenue and quota attainment
- Full-cycle sales experience in small/mid-market deals
- Proficiency in MEDDICC and 3 Why's frameworks
- Experience in both new business sales and account management
- Understanding of the global employment environment and ability to navigate internal processes
