A company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize day-to-day operations in their Omnichannel Retail business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage item setup and lifecycle across various retail platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Develop and analyze reports on SKU performance and market share to inform planning and improvements
- Lead onboarding for new business and drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or eCommerce enablement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience with item setup and execution across multiple retail platforms
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and retailer systems
- Preferred experience with syndicated data/content platforms
