Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alliances Manager to expand strategic relationships with benefits consulting and brokerage firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with key national and regional brokerage and consulting firms to drive referrals and influence pipeline
- Develop and execute a scalable broker engagement strategy, including education, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brokers are equipped with the right messaging, materials, and data
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in benefits consulting, brokerage, or partnerships/alliances role within the employee benefits ecosystem
- Deep understanding of broker and consultant operations, including incentive structures and decision-making dynamics
- Existing relationships within national and/or regional brokerage firms preferred
- Strategic mindset with a bias toward execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
