Key Responsibilities
- Lead data cleanliness and governance efforts across the CRM and related systems
- Automate pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, and data enrichment to improve efficiency
- Develop scalable GTM reporting and dashboards in collaboration with the Data team
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations or growth operations
- Expert knowledge of modern GTM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong hands-on marketing automation background
- Experience working with data teams on SQL queries and dashboarding
- Proven ability to implement workflows that increase GTM efficiency and revenue conversion
