A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB Outbound Sales to lead a remote team in the Western Region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
- Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on quota achievement
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
