Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce T1 triage and support for Sales and Marketing, including lead routing and report creation
- Oversee lead vetting operations and ensure the growth of pipeline size and quality
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand challenges and recommend operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Expertise in Salesforce with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales pipelines and campaigns
- Proficiency in data transformation using Excel or BI tools
- Experience with automation and enrichment platforms
