A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to the sales team and manage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Solicit new prospective clients and schedule appointment presentations
- Manage incoming loan submissions and ensure accurate data entry
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred
- Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
