Key Responsibilities

- Verify insurance eligibility and benefit information in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of related customer service experience in a call center, medical office, or healthcare facility
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
