Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software applications and technology platforms to provide front-line support to customers
- Execute special tasks and projects, including moderating customer reviews and providing detailed reporting
- Advocate for customer needs by suggesting and implementing experience improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support or healthcare environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and other relevant software tools
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Start-up or e-commerce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
