Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical and financial tasks filed by the Customer Service team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and guide Customer Service Representatives
- Identify and escalate trending issues or ongoing problems affecting customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment, preferably with technical issue handling
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Familiarity with internal back office systems and tools is advantageous
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
