A company is looking for a Seasonal Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical and financial tasks filed by the Customer Service team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and guide Customer Service Representatives
  • Identify and escalate trending issues or ongoing problems affecting customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment, preferably with technical issue handling
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Familiarity with internal back office systems and tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
