Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers, earning executive trust and advising on compliance program success
- Drive outcomes by developing success plans, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities
- Guide customers through compliance frameworks ensuring measurable progress beyond mere checkboxes
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP
- 5+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships, including executive alignment and success planning
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
