Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers, earning executive trust and advising on compliance program success
  • Drive outcomes by developing success plans, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Guide customers through compliance frameworks ensuring measurable progress beyond mere checkboxes
Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP
  • 5+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships, including executive alignment and success planning
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
