Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business operations processes including billing, invoicing, and service ordering
- Act as the customer's advocate, directing internal resources to achieve business outcomes
- Ensure operational procedures align with contractual obligations and government expectations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and 10 years of experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 5 years' experience working with government clients in operational oversight or service delivery roles
- Experience with telecom billing systems and ability to audit and reconcile large-scale invoices
- Familiarity with change orders and SLA impacts
