Senior Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist - Physician Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across several clients, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for revenue cycle performance to ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and perform root cause analysis of billing issues, providing actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and revenue cycle systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while engaging effectively with various departments
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively
• Hands-on experience with eClinical Works is preferred
