Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist who will manage and resolve complex customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage complex and high-value delinquent accounts
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans
- Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues and align on customer strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in corporate credit and collections
- Strong understanding of finance principles and practices
- Ability to multitask across various systems while meeting deadlines
- Prior negotiation experience
