Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer with expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and database architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack and provide advanced technical guidance
- Troubleshoot infrastructure automation and pipeline misconfigurations, leading incident triage and root cause analysis
- Create and improve tooling for automating common tasks and maintain detailed documentation for internal and external use
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
- Deep experience with FinOps products and data-centric tools
- Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and observability tools
