Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage customer data ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Certificate; an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management is preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, including six months in a lower-level customer care representative role
- Basic understanding of healthcare call center operations is advantageous
- Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
