Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer lifecycle mapping and identify opportunities for automation and personalized engagement
- Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications
- Define and track customer lifecycle metrics and continuously optimize initiatives through A/B testing
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or related marketing field
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through lifecycle monetization strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude
- Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce
