Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with Mid-Market or complex SaaS products
- Experience in establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
- Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
- Demonstrated time management skills in customer-facing environments
