Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Post-Sales roles
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or building Customer Success infrastructure
- Deep expertise in customer lifecycle management and success planning
- Experience with B2B SaaS environments and familiarity with customer success metrics
