Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team as a subject matter expert on product implementation and processes
• Oversee team building, including hiring, onboarding, training, and mentorship
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored implementation plans and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services Management
• 4+ years of experience managing managers and senior software development teams
• 6+ years of experience as the primary contact for resolving complex issues and managing escalations
• Strong hands-on experience implementing SaaS products in a software delivery environment
• Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands
