A company is looking for a Senior Developer Support Engineer to assist technical users with implementing their services in various development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical requests via web and email support channels
- Conduct professional and empathetic conversations with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Submit bug reports to the Engineering team and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to help people solve problems and explain complex technical concepts
- Experience with web development, REST APIs, and database management
- 4+ years of experience in technical customer support for SaaS enterprise software
- Working knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, and Python
- Ability to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets at various stages of resolution
