Senior Financial Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
• Oversee revenue recognition processes specific to SaaS, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Proven track record in a senior accounting or similar financial role, ideally within SaaS or high-growth industries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP) and financial reporting standards
• Experience with accounting software, specifically Sage Intacct and Salesforce, is preferred
