Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a short-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance analysis to provide actionable insights
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
• Generate weekly reports related to payroll and other financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience in the retail industry or multi-location businesses is highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of accrual-based accounting practices
