Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets and develop KPIs for acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Build and maintain scalable data models and design intuitive dashboards for reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and support revenue growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of GTM, marketing, or revenue analytics experience
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Product
- Bachelor's degree required; quantitative field preferred
- MBA or MS strongly preferred; recognized data bootcamp completion acceptable if no quantitative degree
- 2+ years experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau
