Key Responsibilities
- Identify detailed requirements scope and manage stakeholder analysis
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to define and document requirements efficiently
- Provide support for pre-sales engagements and assist in solution design reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation delivery teams
- 8+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry (policy or claims)
- Previous experience as a functional consultant or business analyst required
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
