Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Business Analyst who will lead the elicitation and documentation of requirements for software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify detailed requirements scope and manage stakeholder analysis
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to define and document requirements efficiently
  • Provide support for pre-sales engagements and assist in solution design reviews


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation delivery teams
  • 8+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry (policy or claims)
  • Previous experience as a functional consultant or business analyst required
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail
