Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept
• Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
• Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Experience in a fast-growing IT environment, including software or cloud
• 7 years of presales experience, including managing presales teams
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and service management practices
