Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Americas team of customer success managers and engineers focused on Azure Cloud business
- Develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to achieve expansion and revenue goals while ensuring customer value realization
- Drive customer retention and investment in the cloud portfolio, focusing on key performance indicators like revenue growth and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in customer success/engineering teams with a history of exceeding performance targets
- Ability to build successful relationships with external customers and influence their investment decisions
- Experience in driving cloud consumption and adapting to changing business climates
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Must have experience with Microsoft Azure
