Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support the successful delivery of complex client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key client cloud solutions, ensuring successful delivery of contractual obligations and client satisfaction
• Lead client project scoping and develop detailed project plans with defined deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing complex software implementation projects involving multiple teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery best practices
• Experience in project scoping and translating business needs into contractual deliverables
• Strong understanding of resource planning and capacity management in professional services
