Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in technology-driven projects within a contact center
• Experience with CCaaS platforms and AI-powered customer engagement technologies
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations
