Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager who will lead the development of high-impact RFPs and RFIs for the Leave Administration line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for high-profile clients and prospects
• Collaborate with sales and account executives to define proposal strategy and timelines
• Manage proposal schedules, version control, and submission logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Professional Writing, or related field
• 7+ years of proposal development or technical writing experience, preferably in insurance or professional services
• Experience in analyzing RFPs/RFIs and developing proposal timelines and compliance matrixes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
