Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents, fostering relationships and promoting technology solutions
- Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales and understanding of services
- Coordinate sales and retention activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- 3+ years' experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
- Active Life & Health License (required)
- Associate's Degree (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products
