Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager for Deal Desk & Strategy (AMER).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Deal Desk analysts to support deal execution
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to structure complex commercial proposals
- Review and approve non-standard deal terms, providing guidance on pricing and contract structuring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; MBA or Big 4 experience preferred
- 6-8+ years of experience in Deal Desk or a similar role with team management experience
- Knowledge of deal economics, commercial agreements, and revenue accounting (ASC 606)
- Experience using Salesforce and CPQ or similar quoting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
