Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
• Represent the brand and ensure customers receive the right products for their needs

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
• Proficient in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
