Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Personal Risk/Personal Lines, Sales to grow revenue through an integrated selling strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve operations
- Lead sales activities with complex clients and develop sales plans and budgets
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate coverage terms with carriers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional certifications
- More than 5 years of directly related industry sales and service experience
- Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
- Experience in P&C Personal or Commercial Lines client-facing sales
- CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI, or other P&C designations preferred
